The queen of multi-tasking....yep, that’s me. It’s why Kyle tells me he loves me. I seem to have mastered the balancing act of job and family....leaning much heavier towards the family side these days. There’s always part of the week that’s dedicated to working from my home office, but then there’s life with two active, young girls. At the slowest time of the year we have no less than four soccer practices and two games between them...often more and that doesn’t even begin to touch on out of town soccer tournaments that never seem to coordinate since the girls play for two different soccer clubs. When summer rolls around you can add into that juggling act golf clinics, swim teams, diving lessons and the occasional tennis lesson.. There’s the sleep overs and play dates....and let’s not forget the homework helper, PTA Mom and school lunch room volunteer. Being the manicurist/hair stylist when nails or hair needs to be done. And while we
do eat out I try really hard to be organized so that we are around the dinner table 6 nights out of the week....even if it is just something in the crock pot. All year long there’s the endless laundry of two girls (and how do they go through that much clothing in one day?!?) and a husband who manages to go through his fair share as well. There’s always the dishes that never make it to the dishwasher and counter tops that need to be wiped. Throw into that mix time for me..where at Bunco or my tennis group I’m Tammy.....not Mom. That time to be the girl I used to be before that precious title was given. I Wouldn’t trade it for the world...and I wouldn’t say I’m great at all the tasks I juggle, but I would say I’m great at juggling them all!
