all about my Big green bowl -
Journaling:
This bowl has been a part of my family's
holidays and daily life for as long as
I can remember. My mom got it sometime
in the later 1970's from Tupperware.
She used it to make stuffing,
cookies and cakes. We ate popcorn
out of it and yes
even used it when
we were sick. I have
had the bowl since
about 1994. It has
a melted spot on one
side and part of the
rim is broken. The
lid is missing. But
I love it. It stands
for family and home
and tradition. It
makes me feel warm
and fuzzy to use it
and connects my
children to my
childhood.
