My dear sweet baby boy,
Thank you for making me a mother. I knew very early in my life that I wanted to be a mother. It was so worth waiting for everything to come together so that I could have you in my life. Being your mother is the best job in the whole world. When I think about the miracle of carrying and delivering you, I am still struck by how clear it is that I was not only meant to be a mother, but meant to be your mother. You have taught me more about myself and about motherhood than anyone else. The most important thing that I have learned is that unconditional love feeds the soul and allows people to change in amazing ways. It was so wonderful to welcome you into the world. Meeting you was a dream come true. It is such an honor to be your mom. I carry that title with pride. I hope you will always know in your heart that I have loved you from the moment I knew you existed. I will never stop loving you my dear sweet boy.
