Method:
There are a few items modified to create the mystical feel to this LO:
The paper needed to be just one shade darker so I duplicated it and used colour burn blendmode with a very reduced opacity.
The snowflake overlay was created using another bg paper from Blustery day with selective pixels removed - soft light blend mode was used to give it a soft dreamy look.
