Shutterbug 3 - Lose the Color

A cute snapshot of 2 classmates of my son...

To "lose the color" I use the Porcelain action by Photoblast, then ad a hit of color using a Vintage mulberry action.

To frame it I used Frame it Floral brushes by Meredith Femwick
