Lots of you know that I was diagnosed as pre-diabetic at the start of 2021. It was my goal to not be that person and I changed my diet, added more exercise and achieved my goal. But along the way, because of the excellent advice I was given, I realised the benefit of a cheat day and that balance in life means you can do the hard things.
