Thoughts I had to get on "paper."
Journaling reads: Very Stressed--that's how I feel with so many conflicting emotions: happy, sad, anger, love, joy, romantic, peace, compassion, warm and fuzzy, confusion. Is this natural? I am not functioning at 100% but this is who I am today. I feel trapped and caged inside. Will I always be this way? Set me free!
