Journaling: Shout so loud you are able to! There is only one thing I more than all other is penitent. Why I have not shouted simply loose when it happened first sometimes. Nevertheless, it was with me at home and my parents and also, nevertheless, my sisters would have helped me, but I have endured the power and also the rest in silence. Why!!! Today I also ask myself this. But I know why I have been quiet at that time, nevertheless, from shame and anyhow I had to be to blame in what passed ones! Today so after nearly 10 years I still have problems, but I know I no guilt for it carries. I have committed only one mistake: I have not defended myself immediately and have shouted and am not to the police and I regret this even today.
