It is amazing to me just how much you love to run. Running laps around the house after dinner is a favorite pasttime. If it is too hot or too cold or raining, you will run laps around the “circuit” inside the house. You have two speeds - all out run and flat out run! Even losing a shoe in mid-stride doesn’t slow you down.
