Okay, perfection is probably a “bit” of an exaggeration, but the turkey did turn out really good! Which was a bit of a relief, since I had a lot to make up for. The last turkey I made - all the way back in 1997 - was so undercooked that we had to put our plates in the microwave so we didn’t get food poisoning. And that was the first time I met and was cooking for Sean’s Mom and sister! In my defense, it was in Germany and the oven was in Celcius. I should have been able to convert the temperature, though.
