JOURNAL: Went to Rosie’s second birthday party today. What a blast! She had an “Under the Sea” theme and she had such amazing ideas! She had a “fishing pond” blow-up pool with magnetic fish the kids could catch with their poles, a baby-gated balloon pit with fish and octopus balloon animals with hanging jellyfish above, and green and red pepper octopus in the hummus and guacamole. The best part? She made ALL OF THIS herself! So impressed with this crafty lady! Each of the kids got their own fishing pole and fish to take home - and Evan got his own little octopus toys - one that rattle and one that makes crinkly noises (AGAIN - home made!). I have to say, I may be a BIT biased, but I think the babies of Beverly Beach are just about the CUTEST I’ve seen ;) I really loved watching them have fun and play together.
Cameron thought we were going to the park when I loaded him into the stroller. He cried and tried to escape out the door for the first half hour that we were at the party.
All the little girls LOVED playing with Evan. He LOVED the attention!
