We arrived at the pumpkin patch on a crisp September Sunday afternoon. You enjoyed walking around looking at all the pumpkins. You tried to pick up a big pumpkin, but it was too big for you to lift. Then you discovered a pumpkin just your size. You carried it around and held it like a precious possession. There were other fun things at the pumpkin patch that you enjoyed. You loved the swinging benches where you sat with your sisters and rocked back and forth. You liked climbing on the hay. You even liked the odd shaped gourds. Your day at the pumpkin patch was a lot of fun.
