I used recycled cardboard for the 'frame' for my picture, and a little fuzzy felt for the hearts :)

Card, recycled cardboard, adhesives (including sticky foam pads), ribbon, felt, & the mini flowers are the 'negative' punch-outs from a border punch, recycled :)
