When I tried giving blood for the first time in years it didn't go too well. They were unable to get blood going from either arm after digging for a while and being so painful. When they finally got it to go (slowwwwwly going) my body couldn't handle it and I felt a rush of cold going through my body and quickly losing consciousness. They told me to sit up with my knees closer to my chest and cough strongly. They gave me a juice and I regained my strength slowly. I walked out of there with sore arms and feeling weak. I really wish it had gone better because I wanted this to become a regular thing but seeing how it went I probably won't go again for a long time. I had to get blood drawn for testing a month later and it was the same even though I stay super hydrated. I don't know what's wrong with me.
