Here's one of 2 notebooks I made for my sisters for Christmas. I bought recycled spiral bound notebooks at Staples, then printed a front and back cover which I mod podged on. There's also a sleeve inside with a pocket, which I also covered. I then finished the notebooks with a mini sharpie and a clip-on charm.
