I took this photo about a month ago while we were driving through town one day - I feel so privileged to be able to call this beautiful place my home!
I used Kristin Cronin-Barrow's Great Outdoors: Meadows collection for everything except the lace, which is from her Country Charm kit.
The template I used is from Ponytails Designs' Spring Fling Vol. 7 templates pack, and the font I used for the date is called Mulberry Script.
