My first post to a gallery - hope I do this correctly.
Journaling: I asked my husband for help with picking out my my most quirky food love. He didn’t even hesitate before saying, eggplant.It is true - I can’t get enough of it. My favorite is my mom’s - whenever we visit, I come home with frozen containers of it. Since my husband won’t eat it, it’s all mine!! Yum.
