We make these turkey meatballs in the air fryer. Cook at 320 for about 10 minutes depending on size. Temp to 165
Ingredients: Ground turkey 93/7, Jimmy Dean Sage Sausage and cornbread dressing with onions and celery (optional), Eggs (1 per half pound of meat), Turkey or Vegetable Broth (a little at a time so the mix is moist but not soupy), Bread or Breadcrumbs (optional-use in the absence of stuffing)
Seasonings: Salt, Rosemary, Thyme, Sage (Onion Powder, Celery Salt, Garlic Powder - Optional)
I made a cranberry bbq sauce to dip/toss these in but it's not needed. Use BBQ sauce of choice (or make homemade) and add in several scoops of jellied cranberry sauce until it melts in.
