Beautiful photo! I grew up not far from there (and was also born shortly after the eruption) so we visited that darn mountain SO MANY TIMES when I was a kid that I didn't really understand it's appeal until I was an adult (and living farther away!) We took the kids to see it a couple years back & seeing it through their eyes was just magical! You are so right- it's beautiful & intriguing! Beautiful scrapped!
