Journaling reads: "This was one of the last days of our California trip and we chose to spend it with the Sheridans in Monterey. After we drove the well-known 17 Mile Drive, we had lunch at an English pub on the water. Until lunch time, the weather had been pretty grey and foggy. The sun decided to show its face and it turned into a beautiful day. These pictures were taken on the beach, after lunch. Soon afterward, we hopped in the car and headed back to our hotel in Santa Cruz. What a wonderful end to a terrific trip!"
