This is, once again, a memory of DeepGirl visiting me. We were doing a walk in Kirchberg and discovered this perfect kiddo "transport". :-)
The rhyme is an allusion to Alice in Wonderland; I changed tea-tray to tea-pot, as DeepGirl loves tea and so her husband sometimes nicknames her as Teapot.
