Started with a template from Amy Martin - Placed the top of the tempate over my background that was combined with the photo as mentioned recently in a The Daily Digi article. Love the effect and love being able to get the feel of this large pretty outdoor pool complex into my layout. Very effective!
I used one of the alphas in Under the Sea and with a simply style to add a color overlay in multiply mode and stroke I achieved my colorful title.
