Knit One

I learned some basic knitting from Ma as a kid, but never took an interest in it. I’ve wanted to really learn it, but kept putting it off. Now finally I’ve taken the plunge and I just love it! After several visits to Fiberworks and two attempts, I was able to make my first project - a hat. I saw a sample in the shoppe and liked it, so I got the pattern and went for it. The first time it was too small, so I tore it out and tried again using larger needles. That was so much fun that I made an iPod cover next, and now I’m working on a shopping bag made from plastic bags strips.
