Rachel, you put 100% of yourself into everything you do. You have so much energy and vitality and it sometimes literally spill over. What I love about watching you do things like making this cake is that you were singing and dancing while you did it. Even when you lifted up the beaters before turning off the mixer and splattered chocolate cake batter everywhere, you just laughed and asked me to get the camera. That attitude is just terrific and that is just YOU.
