This quote was such a perfect title for this day - one kid getting an EEG and while on the way there a call from the school that another kid needed seen at the ER for a possible concussion from an accident in PE - husband was out of town for work...thank goodness for good friends who jump in to help save the day and an amazing staff at the Children's hospital that made sure both kids got the tests needed/treatments. Everyone was fine in the end but it definitely felt like I had no control that day.
