This is for Feb Passport #3 Featured Designer challenge. I scrapped with [url=
https://www.sweetshoppedesigns.com/sweetshoppe/product.php?productid=41492&cat=293&page=1]J is for Joy by River Rose Designs[/url], and I was inspired by Mary Ashbaugh's sample layout with this kit from Bobbie's featured designer interview. Mary's layout had awesome flower clusters and lots of layered papers, so I went with that vibe for this page.
