So sorry about Gizmo but what a wonderful tribute! I did this very same thing for my cat a few weeks ago and the pain is still fresh for me as well. (((((hugs)))))
awww reading that had me crying :*( Im sorry for your loss. I felt the same way after my hamster Einstein died a few years ago. I cried for days and still cannot bring myself to get a new hamster even though I love them so much. Your pets really do become like a little furry baby.
