Journaling: I have realized that I don't like myself like I should. I am overweight and I don't have enough will power to change that. I can be impatient and cranky. I can be messy and lazy. I am too hard on myself. I make up for the area’s that I lack in the things that I do well. I am a good cook, and a great mother. I am creative and talented, I preserve my families memories in a wonderful way that will really mean something to them when they are older. I am beautiful, inside and out. I am a good friend, a caring daughter and a loving partner. Its time that I started to remember all of that. This is MY year!!
