I have worked so hard the past year on changing myself inside. I really try to focus on my attitude, my words and my actions because I see how I feel and what I do directly effects my girls.
And I hate having a "bad day" drag down the girls. It's not fair to them and in turn it is not fun for me to deal with on top of everything else.
I try really hard to have good days.
to have happy days.
sometimes it is not easy, but I do see the sunshine that is spread
by being happy on the inside.
it makes a smile form on the outside.
and that spreads to my loved ones.
