A family friend made me this quilt recently - completely sewn by hand. I've always wanted one, and was thrilled when she made me one for DH & I's anniversary. Sadly, this may be her last quilt, as she is quite sick with bone cancer and has no energy left for quilting. I am so thankful to have a little piece of her.
