Rebecca called in my Nuvigil Rx last Monday. One week later, the prior auth person at the office still had not processed the paperwork. An email to Rebecca prompted action, but the insurance company will not approve my RX until they speak to Rebecca as the prescribing doctor. Well guess what? Rebecca is on vacation this week. And now I can't get in touch with anyone from her office to request samples to get me through until the Rx is approved.
I've been completely out of my medication for FIVE days now. I'm beyond mad. There's no excuse for taking so long to get the paperwork submitted. The Nuvigil helps me so much. Now that I'm without it I'm exhausted, I struggle to keep my eyes open all day, and I can't think straight.
