Journaling: I can’t have been much more than three in this photo and yet here I am camping in the wilderness. My family would pack up our pop-up trailer and head out to new places all over California on our regular camping trips. I quickly learned to love camping and the sense of adventure that came with it. Even as I grew up it was always something that I set aside time for. Today Adam and I still make an effort to go and although we don’t have a fancy trailer yet, it’s still a tradition we try to carry on. I hope one day that I can share that same feeling of adventure with my own family.
