Our move to N. Carolina was difficult for both of you. You were both apprehensive about leaving your friends for a year and starting a new school. Not long after arriving in Chapel Hill, NC we started swim lessons. This is when Rachel Miller and her family came into our lives. Rachel had also just moved from out of state and was experiencing the same anxieties as the both of you. It didn't take long for all of you to become friends. The next year was spent having playdates at each other's homes. Even though a year went by quickly, and our family moved back to Omaha, you will always have a dear friend in Rachel. Some people come into other people's lives at just the right moments...just like Rachel and her family did for our family!
