If asked, my birthday dinner request is homemade lasagna. And for the cake, homemade chocolate mayonnaise cake with homemade caramel frosting. I know the cake sounds odd, but mayonnaise is pretty much oil and eggs, so it makes the dark chocolate cake so moist. And caramel frosting is so sweet, so it is a perfect mix.
