Journaling:
When I was a kid we had regular Family Meetings where we got to discuss what was going on in our lives - good and bad. All week the Agenda would be put on the counter and if we had a beef with someone we wrote it down. 20 years later, mom found the minutes from these meetings and they were were entertaining to read. Here are some of the highlights.
