Journaling: I started off my elementary school days at a private school. The girls had to wear dresses, we went to Chapel every day and the classes were pretty small. I was an angel one year in one of the school plays and got to sit on top of a pillow near the piano the whole time. The teachers and parents always looked at us funny when Dad would come to get us because he would be on his motorcycle. He would strap on our helmets and sit us up there dresses and all for the ride home. I’m really glad I got to start in that school because when I transferred to public school for 3rd grade I was way ahead of everyone else and it made the learning part of the transition easier. Now the social part...not so much.
