This is a $1 wooden frame from Michael's, painted white with digital paper and flowers glued on. I used foam tape to set the flowers at different heights.
I added glitter to the center of ONE flower, it just happened to be non-setting glitter glue, whatever that means, so I spread it on that ONE flower. I liked the way it looked and added it to one more, then another until I had them all covered in glitter.
I didn't even know I liked glitter.
