journaling:
The theme of our summer - crying, fits, tantrums, and short tempers. I don’t know what all has gotten into Bella and Ryan, but it seems like a battle zone with them every day. They fight with each other, with Zach, with me, with John. These past few months are the only time I have ever wished that I didn’t have so many children. It’s hard. So, so hard. Dealing with Mason teething, and not sleeping - meaning I’m also not sleeping - on top of their crazy horrible moods is enough to make me want to just lay down and cry during the little time I get between the brief moments when they are actually all asleep or quiet. I’m just so done and ready for school to start back so I can at least just have Bella’s attitude to deal with. I need a break.
Desperately.
