My form of parenting is not exactly conventional. So when my son begged for a motorcycle and I continued to tell him no to no avail, I needed a new plan.
So I told him that I would take him to look at all the makes and models and discuss financing. He was so excited!
I picked him up and drove him to a funeral home. We looked at all the makes & models of caskets and as for financing, he learned how much it would cost to bury him.
He said - well played mom, well played. lol
He's an adult and will make his own choices, but I've delayed this choice for a little while. :)
