07.27: Sam didn’t get home until after 2 am this morning but I made sure to tell her that she had to get up with the kids at 8 am! So our day started super early {well mine and Matt’s did}. I got up at 6:22 am so I could ride to work with Matt instead of having to drive separately to take my CPR class. I wasn’t in class more than 10 mins and Sam texted me and said “so how long are you gonna be gone?”…FOR REAL. I told her not to text me unless it was an emergency and I would get home sometime this afternoon. We got a break for lunch and I was able to catch up with some old friends and coworkers. Matt and I lunch at the O Club and got the salad bar, it hit the spot and matt laughed at me as I took his picture with his salad! It was great to see them all and chat. I told them all I would catch up with them at Capt Bulach’s retirement on Friday. I talked with Senior Chief about taking pictures at his retirement and we are all set! I hope all of my pictures turn out as good as I envision them. We left around 3 pm, dropped off Jaci’s table at her house and then headed home. I took pictures along the drive because it was beautiful outside! We took the long way home through Mount Vernon for a change of pace. Got home in time to change my shoes {my feet were killing me from my high heel sandals I wore today} and head to class. We had our Financial Planning mid-term and were allowed to take it open note, but the most we could get was a 87%, which I am totally ok with because I will do some extra credit stuff and still end up with an A :) {or hope I do}. Was done with class around 6:30 pm and headed home! Went outside and watched the kids play with the sidewalk chalk in the front for awhile while I fiddled with my times and tripod to get a family shot! Got it! After much testing, I got it. I haven’t looked to see if everyone is looking, but who cares, it is the only family shot we have taken in front of our house since we moved in and I am glad to have it. Sam said “I am only good for 1 hot!” So I said that is all I need! 7:27 pm: Peyton just fell off of matt’s chair and said:“That is why you need to get off”. He played angry birds for a little while and then we he got frustrated, Matt made him quit! Peyton found a yellow laffy taffy and said “I want b-nana, momma”!!!! And Matt has been going around all day imitating Peyton saying “I want to pway Mario on Ben’s dee sssss”. 8:08 pm: Peyton is in trouble because I told him he couldn’t go outside and he proceeded to open the front door and try to go out!
