Potatoes are my life source!
BUT I am pre-diabetic, so I can only have 120g of carbs a day :(
My fave treat is a mashed potato sandwich.. Hubby normally makes them for me when I get back from a work trip. He dislikes them, but makes them for me. Thats true love right there!
