My daughter's first birthday- After everyone finished eating, people sat around visiting for a little bit before we took Macy to the table up front to open her presents. She got quite the haul. She received lots of books, a push car with some toys inside, a car to scoot around the house on, some clothes, a quilt from Mimi, and some hand toys. Then, Makai brought the cakes out. She made one special for Macy (a pink daisy) which was SO cute! The other was a general cake for everyone else. We sang happy birthday, and the kids helped Macy blow out her candle. Then, everyone sat down for some cake and ice cream. Macy pigged out and ate all of her piece!
