Love your layout! It brings back memories of when my sons - now in their 40's were young. And the building in our neighborhood which entranced our younger son. I dressed him in disposable clothing - he helped tar basement walls. In case you ever need to know, a handful of builders nails will remain in the toilet bowl after it is flushed, thank goodness. Then the little guy can retrieve them. I know from experience.
