I used a frame from Flutterfire by Robin Carlton and papers and starburst image from Starbright by Fee Jardin both from the most recent Quarterly Assortment (07vol4-1).

I made the sun from a circle shape filled with a paper and cut the sunrays out of another shape.
The clouds are a shape from DIP with the bubble part cut off.
