Used ribbons I had around the house. Printed the papers and elements at Kinkos because my printer is only prints in b/w.
Cut out the elements and glued them to card stock and then glued them onto the bag.
This is a great project if you want to give someone a few small chocolates to brighten their day or whatever small thing you want to give to someone. Try it its pretty easy!
