This was a very difficult layout to scrap and the reason for it is the same reason why I haven't scrapped more than a handful of layouts in about 2 yrs. Hopefully getting these photos scrapped will help me to be inspired to create again.
Journaling reads:
In May 2011 we said goodbye to
Daddy for 6 months. At this
point we'd already been without
him off and on for 6 months
while Daddy prepared for
deployment to Afghanistan. It
was a very difficult time but
together we stayed strong and
before we knew it Daddy was
coming home again. We had
video chats weekly and
occasional phone calls. We also
sent Daddy lots of packages
filled with his favourite things.
Together we can - Be Strong.
