Carlton Lyle's GIRL NEXT DOOR-granola girl. I tried to use muted colors since the balloons and her shirt were so bright!
The pinwheels are Kasia's and are recolored
the frame is someones but it was sitting in a separate folder on my drive so I have no credit. From Sue's LO I took the border idea
from Melissa's I used the photo placement and jounral placement
from Beccaboo I used the alpha coloring and the concentric circles.
