One of the two goals that I had set for my running this year. One I met in March, the other; well, let's just say won't happen this year. One fractured disc, one punctured spinal cord and two surgeries I'll be lucky to even be running again by the end of the year. But anyway, at least I met my 30 minute 5k goal!
