journaling: This summer was a little different than our previous summers. We didn't have a chance to take a family vacation this year. Avery was busy working and getting ready for college. Collin had the chance to play on 3 travel baseball teams, so we spent most weekends at the ball field. The boys were able to spend a few days at the beach with Deb and Gavin. Avery went to the beach with some of her friends two different times. Austin also got to spend a whole week at Raystown with Pop-Pop and Nana. At the end of August, we dropped Avery off at college. It's definitely going to be a different year for us with Avery so far away.
