First I should say, I had trouble thinking how to go about this page... I didn;t I'm not sure the journaling is legible, anyway is written talking to Sarita (my daughter, in the page) so I ll give you a brief (at least I try making it brief LOL) idea. This was the day she had her second tattoo done. 2016. We were in Barcelona, for my birthday as it was timing with some other friends also passing in the city . Sarita's first tattoo was the three words my dad hammered into my head since I was a kid, the formula for success with honesty. When she decided to get this done, she told me she wanted me to write the words (Go with God) which are the words I tell her every time she leaves the house, she said that, that way, she will always be with Him, and it had to be in my handwriting.... To me, this day told me I am not doing too bad with her education.... my husband was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis and later with dementia, so I have been bringing her up on my own since she was 5, sometimes I find it difficult to fight a society these days to educate her the way I should...(we have no family in the UK, and this country, though I love it, is diametrical to my culture not just in opposite ends of the map L(- but that day, not only I felt that I am not doing too bad, but looking back, I see how we make thrilling adventures in the everyday, we talk a lot, always did, and plan trips and food and life in general... so, yes, the thrill is in envisioning what can be.... so I need now more than ever this pandemic to end so we can keep making our vision a reality :)

I am so glad you shared the journaling...seriously brought tears to my eyes. The mother-daughter bond is such a special thing.

love the journaling it's so nice when we know we're not doing bad as parents, love the paper layers, and big clusters of elements.
